Mr. AlTrad has over 20 years’ experience in the Banking, Investment and Financial Sector. Simultaneously, holds the post of Board Director at Kuwait International Bank, and Ritaj Takaful Insurance Co., Kuwait. His vast experience, enabled him strong connectivity in the MENA region, leading to several key transactions with decision makers and stakeholders.

He previously served, as President & MD for MENA at Beaumont Partners SA, Geneva. A former founding Partner at ARABICA Investments; intended as a leading international markets platform in the MENA. He built Nomura International presence in Kuwait and Qatar, which oversaw key client relationships, and the execution of a business plan that generated exceedingly high revenues. Prior to Nomura, he spent 8 years at Lehman Brothers International PLC, mostly out of New York City, handling clients’ coverage activities for major SWFs in the Gulf, and thenceforth iv-charge of setting up Lehman Brothers’ offices in Kuwait and Qatar; attracting several billion dollars in new investments from Middle East clients.

Mr. AlTrad holds a BS in Engineering and attended Master’s Classes in Finance at Boston University, USA.

Mr. Jerkhi has over 18 years of proven experience in the Investment sector. He obtained his Finance degree from the University of Colorado – Denver. He started his professional career as a Client Relations Officer in Gulf Bank. Following Gulf Bank, he became Portfolio Manager at Bayan Investment Company. In 2008, he moved to Arab Investment Company as Assistant Vice President in the Asset Management Division. Today, he is Executive Vice President and leading the Division. He is managing AIC’s investments locally, GCC, and internationally. He ensures AIC adheres to Capital Markets Authority’s rules and regulations affecting the division’s activities.

Mr. Krishna Kumar is an experienced professional and a Big Four alumnus with profound experience over 15 years across areas of Auditing (external and internal), Risk management, Anti Money Laundering, Regulatory Compliance, Business Process & Internal Control Reviews;

A connoisseur in various sectors including Banking & Financial Services, Aviation Industry, Telecom, Retail, Real Estate, Hotels, Trading & Manufacturing companies;
Krishna joined Arab Investment Company in 2013, presently he heads the Internal Audit Department, responsible for executing Internal audit activities and reports the outcomes to Board Audit Committee;

Before joining AIC, Krishna has worked for several audit firms which include KPMG, RSM Albazie in various capacities.

He obtained his Chartered Accountancy and Bachelors in Commerce from Bharathiar University, India. He is also Certified in Risk and Information Systems Controls from ISACA, USA, Risk-Based Audit from LSBF UK, and in Strategic Governance, Risk and Compliance from LSBF UK.

Ms. Al Shams is the Vice President in the Asset Management Division – Regional Markets. She has over 8 years of Investment experience in GCC Markets. Her core experience lies in Wealth Management, Corporate Banking, GCC Capital Markets, Investment Relations, Real Estate Management, and Government bids and tenders.

Prior to joining AIC, she worked at Sharq Investment Company – a subsidiary of Zomorrodah Group -as Assistant Manager in Asset Management. She managed Zomorrodah’s GCC Fund where she led and established various effective strategy models for diverse portfolios tailored to client-specific needs.

Ms. Al Shams holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Kuwait University. She was a board member of various prominent companies such as Kuwait Business Town and United Medical Services Co.

A certified credit manager, Mrs. Bukhamseen has experience in the corporate banking relationship sector and previously worked at Kuwait International Bank and Wafra International Investment Company for the past 8 years. With an MBA degree from Gulf University of Science and Technology.

Mrs. Bukhamseen is also a member of the Board of Gourmania International, a hospitality group with international franchises such as Fauchon, that provides franchising and food and beverage consultancy.

Mrs. Bukhamseen previously served as a board member of Arab Investment Company, where she is well-versed in finance and credit analysis. She brought to the Board a new sense of understanding of financial products and investment packages that cater to her clientele.
