Mr. Raed Bukhamseen has more than 20 years of extensive and broad-ranging experience in the banking, real estate, and investment sectors both in Kuwait and in the GCC countries. He is presently serving as the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Chief Executive Officer of KIB. Mr. Bukhamseen also holds the position of Chairman of Arab Investment Company (AIC).

Throughout his career, Mr. Bukhamseen has proved to be a leader with a solid vision, having held key leadership posts at several pioneering companies in Kuwait and the Middle East, such as being a Board Member of Bukhamseen Group Holding Company, Boursa Kuwait, The Shared Electronic Banking Company (KNET), Warba Insurance Company, Egyptian Gulf Bank in Egypt, Layan Real Estate Company in Dubai, Souk Al-Salmiah Real Estate Company and Credit One Kuwait Holding Company.

Mr. Bukhamseen earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Boston University, the United States in 1999; He has continued to pursue a path of self-enrichment through executive programs in investment and banking at some of the world’s most renowned institutions.

Mr. AlTrad has over 20 years’ experience in the Banking, Investment and Financial Sector. Simultaneously, holds the post of Board Director at Kuwait International Bank, and Ritaj Takaful Insurance Co., Kuwait. His vast experience, enabled him strong connectivity in the MENA region, leading to several key transactions with decision makers and stakeholders.

He previously served, as President & MD for MENA at Beaumont Partners SA, Geneva. A former founding Partner at ARABICA Investments; intended as a leading international markets platform in the MENA. He built Nomura International presence in Kuwait and Qatar, which oversaw key client relationships, and the execution of a business plan that generated exceedingly high revenues. Prior to Nomura, he spent 8 years at Lehman Brothers International PLC, mostly out of New York City, handling clients’ coverage activities for major SWFs in the Gulf, and thenceforth iv-charge of setting up Lehman Brothers’ offices in Kuwait and Qatar; attracting several billion dollars in new investments from Middle East clients.

Mr. AlTrad holds a BS in Engineering and attended Master’s Classes in Finance at Boston University, USA.

Mr. Al-Sadder is Chief Financial Advisor of the Bukhamseen Group Co. He has been Chairman, Managing Director, and Chief Executive Officer of several local and regional companies. Mr. Al-Sadder is an accomplished professional with over 30 years’ experience in executive and operations management, banking, finance, business development and strategic planning. Mr. Al-Sadder holds a Baccalaureate degree in Mathematics and Accounting from the United Kingdom.

Mr. Ali Bahbahani has over 10 years’ experience in finance, investment, and trading. He holds a BA degree in Finance from California State University, Northridge and MBA degree in Finance from Kuwait University. He started his career in the banking industry in Risk Management and then moved to Corporate Banking and Investments. Additionally, he served as Vice President of Business Development for an investment company. Currently, he is the deputy GM and Shared Services director in Ali Alghanim Automotive Company where he manages brands such as BMW and Land Rover.

A certified credit manager, Mrs. Bukhamseen has experience in the corporate banking relationship sector and currently works as the Relationship Manager at the Kuwait International Bank for the past 3 years. With an MBA degree from Gulf University of Science and Technology, she is well versed in finance and credit analysis. She brings to the Board a new sense of understanding of financial products and investment packages that caters to her clientele. Mrs. Bukhamseen is also a member of the Board of Gourmania International, a hospitality group with international franchises such as Fauchon, that provides franchising and food and beverage consultancy.
