ACTING CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Mr. Al-Sadder is Chief Financial Advisor of the Bukhamseen Group Co. He has been Chairman, Managing Director, and Chief Executive Officer of several local and regional companies. Mr. Al-Sadder is an accomplished professional with over 30 years’ experience in executive and operations management, banking, finance, business development and strategic planning. Mr. Al-Sadder holds a Baccalaureate degree in Mathematics and Accounting from the United Kingdom.
Mr. Krishna Kumar is an experienced professional and a Big Four alumnus with profound experience over 15 years across areas of Auditing (external and internal), Risk management, Anti Money Laundering, Regulatory Compliance, Business Process & Internal Control Reviews;
A connoisseur in various sectors including Banking & Financial Services, Aviation Industry, Telecom, Retail, Real Estate, Hotels, Trading & Manufacturing companies;
Krishna joined Arab Investment Company in 2013, presently he heads the Internal Audit Department, responsible for executing Internal audit activities and reports the outcomes to Board Audit Committee;
Before joining AIC, Krishna has worked for several audit firms which include KPMG, RSM Albazie in various capacities.
He obtained his Chartered Accountancy and Bachelors in Commerce from Bharathiar University, India. He is also Certified in Risk and Information Systems Controls from ISACA, USA, Risk-Based Audit from LSBF UK, and in Strategic Governance, Risk and Compliance from LSBF UK.
Ms. Al Shams is the Vice President in the Asset Management Division – Regional Markets. She has over 8 years of Investment experience in GCC Markets. Her core experience lies in Wealth Management, Corporate Banking, GCC Capital Markets, Investment Relations, Real Estate Management, and Government bids and tenders.
Prior to joining AIC, she worked at Sharq Investment Company – a subsidiary of Zomorrodah Group -as Assistant Manager in Asset Management. She managed Zomorrodah’s GCC Fund where she led and established various effective strategy models for diverse portfolios tailored to client-specific needs.
Ms. Al Shams holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Kuwait University. She was a board member of various prominent companies such as Kuwait Business Town and United Medical Services Co.
